Broadband Account Password

Please contact Customer Services if you need to change your broadband account password.  Note that the password will also need to be changed in your router, therefore we recommend you contact us first to arrange this and to avoid any interruption to service.


Wi-Fi Router Password

To avoid unexpected data usage on your account. please keep your Wi-Fi password secure and do not disclose it to anyone else.  If you suspect your password has been compromised then we recommend you change it immediately.

If we have set up your router for you, a secure Wi-Fi password will have been assigned and affixed to the unit.  We recommend you remove this label from view.
