How to configure your data settings

 

In order to access data services you will need to configure the data settings on your handset.

The following are generic settings for several common handsets that you will need to enter into the phone settings.

 

For Pay As You Go Customers

* From 3rd September 2018, new pay as you go subscribers must use the APN "sureflk".
Legacy pay as you go subscribers must continue to use the APN "flkwap".

 

For Premium mobile Customers

sureflkpm

 

All other settings can remain as default; however some handsets may ask you to enter a Name (use "Sure") and the Authentication Type (use "None").
