We have been informed that some owners of the Apple iPhone 8+ and iPhone X are experiencing problems where the handset reports No Service after making a call when 4G data is switched on. This can be resolved by briefly switching into Flight Mode and back out again. The issue occurs after updating to iOS 13. The latest affected release is 13.1.2.
Our engineers are investigating, however this appears to be a widespread issue affecting Apple iOS 13 on premium handsets around the world.
