SURE ANNOUNCEMENT:

We are aware that some iPhone customers are experiencing issues with call quality.  Our supplier has now identified a fix, which we are in the process of testing.  Testing should be completed within 2 weeks, after which we hope to roll out the fix to mobile users.  

We apologise for the call quality some customers are experiencing and we would like to reassure everyone that our engineers are working very hard to resolve this issue.
