Sure Customers to Benefit from Faster Mobile Data Speeds

Sure South Atlantic Ltd (Sure) is enhancing the everyday mobile experience for customers across the Falkland Islands with significantly faster mobile data speeds.

From Monday 1 June, customers will benefit from mobile data speeds up to three times faster than current services, delivering smoother streaming, faster downloads and a more responsive mobile experience.

Mobile speeds will increase as follows:

The enhancement comes directly in response to customer feedback. In Sure’s 2026 Customer Survey, 20% of respondents identified faster mobile data speeds as a key priority, highlighting the growing importance of reliable connectivity in everyday life.

The increase will be applied automatically, with no action required from customers.

Mobile data speeds are provided on an “up to” basis and may vary depending on local conditions and signal coverage.
