NEW Broadband Packages
Starting from 1st December 2025, customers will be able to choose between two new packages:

If you are currently on a SML or XSML broadband plan, please note that these packages will be discontinued after 31st January 2026. To download a package change form, please click here.
All other existing packages will remain available for current customers but will no longer be offered to new customers after 1st December 2025. Customers whose services will come online during November 2025 will initially be set up with an old package but will need to contact Customer Services to upgrade to an Unlimited Package.
Changes to Fixed Line Rentals from 1st December 2025
Where residential and business customers currently subscribe to a Sure broadband package there is no change to your fixed line charges.
Those customers who DO NOT subscribe to a Sure broadband package, fixed line rentals will change as of 1st December 2025

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I want to stay with Sure but don't want an unlimited broadband package?
If you are an existing Sure broadband customer and you are on package which is MED/LRG/XL/PRO/PROXL/ULSTD/ULPRO and you don’t wish to move to the new unlimited packages, then you can remain on this package.
If you are on an XSML or SML broadband package, these packages will discontinue on the 31 January, so you will need to contact Sure before this date to complete a form to move you on to one of the new unlimited packages. Please click here for a copy of the package change form.
The MED/LRG/XL/PRO/PROXL/ULSTD/ULPRO will no longer be available to new customers after the 1 December 2025.
Will my landline and mobile phone still work if I don’t have a Sure broadband package?
Yes, your landline and mobile phone will continue to work if you don’t have a Sure broadband package
What is happening to phoneline rental charges?
If you have a Sure broadband package, your phoneline monthly rental charges will not change from the current rates.
If you are a senior citizen there will be no change in your phoneline monthly rental charges. You will continue to pay existing rates.
If you don’t have a Sure broadband package then your phoneline monthly rental charges will increase to £30.00 per month.
Can I move my Sure unlimited package between houses, for example in Stanley and Camp?
In order to be able to access your Sure unlimited package from a different house to the one you have set up your broadband package on; you must apply for a Second Home Broadband. There are rules attached to this plan, which means you cannot access the package simultaneously from different locations eg. If you have a family member at home in Stanley, you then cannot also use the package at the same time from your home in camp. The charge for Second Home Broadband is £14.00 per month.

Can I access my Sure unlimited package through the hotspots?
You may access your Sure unlimited package through the WiFi hotspots. If you are the Unlimited50 plan you will have 5GB of data for use on the hotspots and if you have the Unlimited115 you will have 10GB of data to use on the hotspots.
What happens if I am on a small or extra small package and I don’t tell Sure which package I want to move to before 1st December?
If you are on a small or extra small broadband package, you will need to contact Sure by 31 January to move to one of the Unlimited packages. After the 31 January, the small and extra small packages will be discontinued.
Should you feel you might be eligible for the Broadband Support Scheme which is being managed by FIG, then please contact FIG directly.
If I terminate my broadband, what happens to my Horizon email address?
If you terminate your broadband account your Horizon email address will discontinue, unless you specifically request to keep it active.
Broadband account holders shall be entitled to a maximum of 5 email addresses with the Unlimited 50 package, and a maximum of 20 email addresses on the Unlimited 115.
If you do not have a broadband account, you will be able to have up to two email addresses which will incur a monthly charge of £11.00.

If I terminate my broadband, am I able to keep my monthly mobile plan?
Yes, your mobile plan will remain active as you are an account holder with Sure.
